Summer is finally upon us…and so is the heat!
If you are joining us for a run, or going out on your own, it is important to do so safely.
Some helpful tips:
- Make sure to stay hydrated before, during and after your run
- If possible, avoid running in the middle of the day
- Wear light colored breathable clothing
- Don’t forgot to put on sunscreen
Most importantly – if you don’t feel right, stop/slow down.
